In order to meet the needs of our market, our company research and develop the multi-channel dryer independently.

Which is mainly applied to three areas.

First, low temperature drying . Make sure that the dried materials are invariant, while eliminating the problems of materials can be dried and the whole process design without restriction. For the key point , some process designs are limited , they are always added more drying systems, so that they may meet requirments of a production line. Multi-channel can achieve better effects than three cylinder dryer and single cylinder dryer .For example, single cylinder dryer uses low temperature drying much moisture coal and its maximum ignition can reach 276 °. According to calculations, the effective evaporation length can not more than 12 meters and the temperature range of rear exit is 60 ° -80 °, those can only remove water of the surface. If the cylinder length extended, the temperature of the cylinder is lower than the dew point, the evaporation of water will be re-adsorbed on the materials. In view of the technology difficulty, we R & D the multi-channel dryer independently, multi-channel have two, three, four, five and more layers . How many channels , diameter and length of the cylinders ,they are all based on the material moisture and properties.

Second, the high temperature calcination . It depended on the needs of the clients , some material must be heated in high temperatures to change its activity, the material could not be mixed with fuel or should be separated after heated , thereby increasing the labor intensity. Such as using conventional single cylinder or three cylinder dryer, introducing the heat into the cylinder by wind, only one end can be heated .The material can not be exposure to high temperature for long time , the length of the cylinder should be limited. While the back end of the cylinder is too long , the temperature can not reach the appropriate , so that it can not meet the drying needs .On this basis, the multi-channel dryer can heat in many layers , so as to make the materials exposure to high temperature long time .Design length within effective range and achieve the required effect (Note: Under normal circumstances, the furnace temperature between 450 ° -1200 °).Third , exhaust waste heat drying. In general , waste heat is 120 ° can dry the material, which not only can save the cost, but also save energy and reduce heat emission.

Main Features:

1. Investment cost is low . Compared with the same industry abroad is only 1/15 and domestic is1/10.

2. Multichannel dryer, the temperature can be set independently for each channel.
